Welcome to FumingLyon Network. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

FumingLyon Network operates four main platforms:

  • FumingLyon TV: Professional filmmaking services including concept development, production, and distribution
  • My Next Hop: AI-powered interview preparation for engineers, including drills, mock interviews, readiness scoring, and study planning
  • Japa Reality: Immigration planning and consultation services for Nigerians seeking to relocate abroad
  • Soro Soke: AI-powered vocabulary building and speaking-confidence practice, including spaced-repetition flashcards and conversation simulations

2. Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • One person may not create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use our services for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to overwhelm our servers
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Generate content that is hateful, violent, or illegal
  • Claim AI-generated content as entirely your own work without review
  • Resell or redistribute our AI-generated content without permission

4. Payment Terms

My Next Hop:

  • May offer free and paid plans depending on the current pricing published on the My Next Hop platform
  • Paid plans, where applicable, renew or bill according to the terms shown at checkout
  • You are responsible for reviewing plan details, billing cadence, and cancellation terms before purchase

Japa Reality:

  • $20 one-time payment for personalized migration plan
  • Includes AI-generated plan + option to book 1-on-1 clarity session within 3 days
  • Refunds: Available within 7 days if plan not delivered

Soro Soke:

  • May offer free and paid plans depending on the current pricing published on the Soro Soke platform
  • Paid plans, where applicable, renew or bill according to the terms shown at checkout
  • You are responsible for reviewing plan details, billing cadence, and cancellation terms before purchase

FumingLyon TV:

  • Custom pricing based on project scope
  • 50% deposit required to start production
  • Balance due upon delivery
  • Refund policy outlined in individual contracts

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your original inputs and responses, subject to any third-party platform terms that apply
  • Review Required: AI-generated interview feedback and study materials should be reviewed with your own judgment before relying on them
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee job offers, interview success, or specific career outcomes
  • Purpose: AI outputs are provided as educational and preparation support tools

6. Immigration Consultation Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Japa Reality provides educational guidance only. We are NOT:

  • Licensed immigration lawyers or consultants
  • Visa application agents
  • Able to guarantee visa approval

Our plans are based on publicly available information and should be used as a starting point for your research. Always consult official government sources and licensed professionals for legal advice.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: FumingLyon name, logo, website design, and proprietary code are owned by us
  • Your IP: Content you create remains yours
  • Films: Copyright terms specified in individual production contracts

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party services (OpenAI, Stripe, etc.)

9. Cancellation & Refunds

My Next Hop:

  • Cancellation and refund terms, where applicable, are governed by the plan and checkout terms shown at purchase time
  • Access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated

Japa Reality:

  • Plans are generated and emailed within minutes of purchase. If yours has not arrived within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund
  • No refunds after 1-on-1 clarity session has been conducted

10. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with 30 days notice

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Abuse our systems or other users
  • Commit fraud or chargebacks
  • Engage in illegal activities

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
